With a production capacity of 1.4GWH. It's one of the biggest high-quality LiFePO4 Battery production factories in China before 2017.
CATL has a very high-quality factory with the latest automatic technology. The R&D department has over 10,000 engineers and experts in lithium battery technology, 10% of revenue would be invested in R&D, which makes sure CATL is always as pioneers of the latest lithium technology. The energy density of the CATL Battery is as much as 280 Wh/kg.
CATL Battery cells are of quality, and they provide battery cells to BMW. They are the only lithium battery partner of BMW in China. CATL & BMW are building a new joint venture to produce lithium batteries in Beijing, China.
