Most of them come to learn how to solve issues relatred to lithium batteries, while others contact us for techinal support or to purchase batteries.
We take pride in helping people who consult us and in providing the right lithium batteries and battery packs for their need. While we primarily serve commercial and industrail customers, we also assist individual buyers whenvery possible.
Please note: our website functions as an online platform ans showroom for our products and services, not as an online shop. You connot place an order directly on our site as you would on Amazon. This is maily beacuse lithium batteris are classified as Dangerous Goods for air or sea shipping. Shipping them is more complex than shipping ordinary goods, ( See more details about the shipment of lithium batteries ). Some key requirements include:
- UN38.3 test approval
- MSDS documentation
- Certificate of dangerous goods packaging by Customs
- Cargo aircraft only (For certain shipments)
- DG (Dangerous goods) packaging and labeling
- 30% State of charge (SoC)
- Additional shipping restrictions
In addtion, the shipping cost of lithium batteries is higher than that of normal cargo. We will calculate the final shipping cost after you confirm your order. We can shipping it via air, express couriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD, TNT, as well as by sea, offering difference options based on your needs.
