Our client is an Austrian professional battery company whose business includes electric forklifts. He ordered 4 PCS 51.2V 200Ah LiFePO4 batteries with chargers from us, to be shipped to the port of Hamburg, Germany by sea.
(The total weight of each battery and charger is 120 KG, the 4 PCS total weight is about 500 KG, and the volume is 2.15 CBM)
The 51.2V 200Ah LiFePO4 batteries for electric forklifts are designed to replace traditional lead-acid batteries. LiFePO4 batteries have a longer lifespan, higher charging efficiency, support fast charging, and are maintenance-free.
Although the initial purchase cost of lithium-ion forklift batteries is relatively high, they become more cost-effective than lead-acid batteries over time.
We also provide a 10KW charger, which utilizes high-frequency switching power supply technology and a modular installation structure.
The entire system includes a PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitoring unit, display unit, electrical unit, communication protection unit, and charging connection components. The charging process is fully automatic, achieving intelligent charging management for various battery types.
